Hire Global exists to solve one recurring problem: foreign-invested factories in Indonesia struggle to hire local workers and managers legally, quickly and in a language their headquarters understands. We are a licensed LPTKS recruitment and placement agency in North Jakarta with a bilingual Indonesian-Mandarin team and lawyer-led compliance. Job seekers never pay us anything.
Who we are
Hire Global is the trading name of PT Cari Kerja Indonesia, a private employment placement agency licensed to recruit and place workers for employers inside Indonesia. We recruit production operators, technicians, supervisors, HR and finance staff, managers and Mandarin-speaking professionals, and we prepare candidates with pre-employment training before they start. Our office is in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
Founder Eric Pangkey set up the company after years of helping Chinese and other foreign investors enter Indonesia. The pattern was always the same: the plant was built on schedule, but staffing lagged behind because of language barriers, unfamiliar labour rules and informal brokers who charged workers illegal fees. Hire Global was designed as the answer to all three. The employer briefs us, we source and screen, the employer selects, and the candidate signs an employment contract directly with the employer. A licensed LPTKS agency
PT Cari Kerja Indonesia operates as a licensed LPTKS, the Indonesian term for a private employment placement agency. Licensed agencies are registered under KBLI 78101, meet the licensing standards of PP 28/2025 and Permenaker 14/2025, and report placements through the Ministry of Manpower's SIAPkerja system. Unlicensed brokers, by contrast, expose factories to legal, reputational and labour-relations risk.
- Placements are documented and reportable, which supports your audits and government inspections.
- Job seekers may not be charged placement fees (Permenaker 18/2024, Article 11), so your workforce carries no hidden debt to an intermediary.
- We recruit for employers located in Indonesia only; we do not send Indonesian workers abroad.
- Contract type (PKWT or PKWTT), fee and guarantee terms are put in writing before work starts.

Hire Global is led by three people who together cover what a foreign-invested factory needs from a recruitment partner: local market access, legal certainty and direct communication in Mandarin. The founder builds client relationships and sourcing, the President Director is a practising lawyer who owns compliance, and the Director is a native Mandarin speaker.

Hire Global is affiliated with IzinBeres, a business licensing and corporate services group founded in 2014 that has assisted more than 6,000 clients with company establishment, permits and regulatory filings in Indonesia. Hire Global is a separate company with its own placement licence; the group gives our recruiters direct access to lawyers and licensing specialists.
When a client asks how a new plant should structure its HR function, which Indonesian counterpart roles an expatriate position requires, or how the outsourcing restrictions affect a planned headcount, we can answer from experience with the corporate side of the same question. The two are affiliated but legally separate; Hire Global holds its own placement licence and focuses solely on recruitment and training. The group link gives our team quick access to legal and licensing expertise when clients ask about corporate structure or expatriate positions.
Does Hire Global charge job seekers?
No. Under Permenaker 18/2024, Article 11, licensed placement agencies in Indonesia may not collect placement fees from job seekers, and we apply that rule without exception. Employers pay the recruitment fee. If anyone asks you for money in the name of Hire Global, report it to info@hireglobal.id.
Does Hire Global provide outsourced or contract workers?
No. We are a recruitment and placement agency: candidates sign their employment contract directly with your company and we step back after placement. Since Permenaker 7/2026, outsourcing in Indonesia is limited to specific support-service categories, so production and core roles should be hired directly.
